At Octane, all products are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party manufacturing partner. This allows us to deliver high-quality, custom-produced apparel while minimizing waste.


Order Processing Time

All orders are produced after they are placed.

  • Processing time: Typically 2–7 business days

  • This timeframe does not include shipping time

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to supply chain factors beyond our control.


Shipping Time

Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Estimated shipping time: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Octane is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported as missing or stolen

  • Customs delays or clearance issues

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


Third-Party Fulfillment Disclosure

Octane products are manufactured and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Production timelines, shipping carriers, and delivery schedules are managed by these partners and may vary. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment and delivery are subject to these processes.
