All products sold through our store are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it promptly.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
